can any one help me?

I have this condition that started a few months ago at the onset of winter. I thought at first that it was related to dehydration or maybe just a deficiency in electrolytes. The symptoms are these: pins and needles sensation on my arms, back, and when my body heats up after a few minutes of body exertion ( exercise, work, etc.) I have read a forum about this and what the others posted is starting to scare me a lot. I'm just 20 yrs. old, consider my self in perfect health. I have a family history of diabetes, but I am watching my diet ( not much sugar, not much on fatty stuff )
I don't drink alcohols, I don't smoke. please, please, if anyone have the same symptoms, or anyone knows a cure, I'd be happy to hear from you.

This discussion is related to lil tiny pin pricks, thousands of them all at once in waves and wavesPLEASE HELP.

Ive had this most of my life.. for me anyway it has been a cold allergy that activates with temperature change.. took me a while to understand that I only had symptoms in the winter. My cure? Hot showers and regular workouts.. and do your best to never feel cold.. the first time you really go for a hot shower or workout.. get ready for the pain, but thats a good feeling for me now as I understand that when I get those pin pricks, if you ride it out, is basically the cure for this. Its a constant issue but I hardly think about it anymore.

Thanks for the info. It was really appreciated. I'll check on this Tumeric and hope that it would work for me too. What did the doctors say about the name of this strange ailment?

Just went through awful similiar experience withmy 13 year son this past summer. He is a healthy kid and started experiencing pins and needles or bee sting sensations all over his back and at times other areas. Heat would bring it on and anxiety (internal heat). He has been in hospital now twice and has had MRI's of brain and spine, a ton of blood work as well as spinal tap. Everything looks fine. I finally have figured out his back has quit sweating and when it wants to possibly sweat he feels this painful sensation. He was put on Lyrica and that  stuff is just scarey. I have taken him off Lyrica and after much research and prayer,  I have him on Turmeric (spice) capsules once a day. It took him one week and he is totally relieved from this pins and needles type pain. Turmeric is know for being a natrual anti inflamotory, blood cleanser, anti viral and so much more. I have read about many people being completely cured of fibromyalgia, shingles, psoriasis and more. I also have him on a Fish oil capsule (good quality one) once a day but I am certain it is the Turmeric that has given him whatever it was his body needed to correct itself. No one should have to suffer like this and my goal is to let anyone I can know of this wonderful natural remedy. Best of Wishes on your pathway to healing!!
