Convulsions/Seizures

I am a 33 year old female .I have been having convulsions /seizures as I was told by my neuro.I have a prob where I don't feel like myself n after I have one I sleep for hours plus after Im always tired , chest and neck pains, face gets numb , headaches, light headed , vision probs, shortness of breath n heart palpitations.I have had aThyroid test ,  Blood work ,MRI, CT scan , EEG , EKG ,  n Chest X-ray they say they r normal but If my blood pressure gets over 120/60 I get light headed n feel real bad.I dont know what else to do they don't seem to know what is wrong they say I am having this problem because of migraines but i usually dont have the headahces until after the seizures.I can feel the seizures befor they start my chest n neck will hurt , i feel light headed , no energy , vision probs , muscles hurt , i get confused .Does anyone know what else it could be?Im worried n dont know what else to do.

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
I wonder if you had a CT scan or preferably a MRI of the brain. The seizures could be due to a tumor in the brain or it could also be a part of multiple sclerosis. Along with MRI of the brain EEG should be done. If this is indeed epilepsy then you are probably not on the right medication and are suffering either from depression or from side effects of drugs. Please discuss with your neurologist and seek a second opinion from another neurologist because on net a confirmed diagnosis is not possible.
