I've had high BP for over 15 years, the majority of the time Internist & Cardilogist have controlled my BP with 1 to 3 pills, and change meds when needed as it goes out of controlled. Usually fixed within a couple of months. 9 months ago, it really went out of control. Since then I've been on multiples of 3 BP pills for 6 or more per day. I also take 2 relaxent pills. I never know what my systolic reading will be 130 to 220. The diastolic and pluse rate vary but are fine. I follow the Dash diet quite closely and do exercise as my back allows. My Doctors are great, but I was wandering if there is a certain type of Doctor that would review past meds and be able to suggest new meds and procedures that could reduce or eliminate occurences of my BP going out of control. Also, reduce the number of meds with their side effects
