Ocular Gonorrhea

Hi
Well I have what I think and my doctor thinks is viral "pink eye". It has gotten quite bad spread to both eyes and I tear all the time. My left eye is much worse. When i called my doc and told her that my eyes had gotten much worse she called in a antibiotic drops and I started on them . I woke the next morning with worse symptoms. My left eye swollen and both sealed shut when i woke. I called the doc and went back in. She said yes it looks bad maybe you have ocular gonorrhea. I had recently gone to Thailand so she presumed I might have come in contact with it.
This is where I am not sure. She wanted to give me a shot right away without doing a test. I had previously gotten all my STD (the week before) tested and all came back negative.
Let me back up just a bit. I came back form Thailand 2 weeks ago and I had a flu. Swollen glands in my neck and fever. The symptoms went away in about a week. Then came the eye symptoms. I went back to see my doctor an she said its pink eye from the flu i had.
So my question is. How rare is it to get gonorrhea in ones eye? I didn't get in semen shot into my eye. I didn't rub my eyes in anyones vagina. I guess you can get it by touching your eye after touching someones vagina. How much fludid are talking about here? I don't know.
I am going with I eye have viral pink eye and its just a bad case. I had the doctor swab my eye and test for anything.
I did not get the antibiotic shot.

I don't think I had my STD tests too early. It was over 10 days then I was checked again 5 days later. I know i need another hiv test in another 60 days.
I had a broken condom in Thailand so thats where my doc started to think about STDs.
I don't know about the ocular gonorrhea is why I'm asking here. Lets say you took a condom off with your hand and then touched your eyes in your sleep. Is that a scenario?
I still have pink symptoms. Watery eyes, eyeball a a little sore, senesitive to some light mainly when I'm tired or just woke up. Its been basically 1 week now.

odds are this isn't gonorrhea in your eyes.  conjunctivitis is quite common and usually it's viral and takes time to run its course.

you had your std testing done too early from your trip to thailand. did you have unprotected sex there?
