For those Afraid of needles/injections

I am terrified of needles too and I FELT NOTHING.. They used Buffered Lidocaine injection which I did not feel any of.. I must admit, I did put over the counter Lidocaine cream all over my breast about an hour before the procedure. I used this Lidocaine cream on my arm before a tetanus shot that I had to get and was so afraid of and I was screaming for the nurse to WAIT but.. IT WAS ALREADY DONE! Helps a lot so you don't feel pain.

Nurse also gave me tips for next time I get an injection. Don't tense up and put yourself against something solid to hold your body/arm so you don't jerk away, BUT KEEP YOUR FINGERS OR TOES moving of limb or am you will have injection in as this keeps you from tensing you muscles up. Tensing upthe muscle makes it hurt more cause it is harder for needle to go in. Another tip I use it to put VERY SOUR candy in my mouth seconds before the injection. IT HELPS.

This sounds to me like a response to someone who wants help with a fear of needles, and not like a question that begs for a response?

Right?
