tingling and numbness in feet and lower leg pain

I have heel spurs and plantars faciitus. I also have just recently started experiencing numbness and tingling in my feet and lower leg pain. I have fallen several times. One fall resulted in my fracturing my elbow. When I fell each time I noticed a bit og weakness in my right leg and ankle. Any suggestions?

i had bunion surgery years ago now i notice alot of tingling and numbness radiating upwards from that area to my lower calf
