22 year old female- feeling of weakness in left arm ??

  Hi I was just online trying to search for some kind of possible reson for the feeling ive been having in my left arm lately...im just kind of worried and im not sure if i really should be...Im a 22 year old Female/Mother and ive never had any kind of serious medical problems....but for about the last month of so ive noticed through out the day ill have a general feeling of weakness in my left arm...i can still function it just fine and i can still pick up things so i havent lost the ability to use it at all but it just feels weak...its verry odd...sometimes in the morining some of my fingers/fingertips will feel a ilittle numb but i just thought maybe it was the way i slept or something...anyways i would really appreciate it if you could help give me some insight to help me figure out whats going on and if its really serious or not...thankyou for your time...

It the abnormal sensations and subjective feeling of weakness has persisted this long, I would recommend an evaluation by your physician.  It could be anything, but it could also be the beginning of something more severe, so I'd say have it checked out.
