herniated disc in neck, and tear in lumbar

I had an accident Dec. 16th 2007. I had 2 MRI'S done. Findings: abnormal reversal of usual cervical lordosis centered at C5-6 with resultant central canal narrowing. Moreover, there is some associated abnormal T2 signal in the cord from C4 through C6 on sagittal T2 weighed imaging. Probable posterior longitudinal ligament ossification at C5-6 does contact the ventral surface of the adjacent cord and visibly flattens it. Bilateral neural foraminal narrowing at C5-6 as related to aforementioned degenerative disc complex, ossified, and posterior element hypertrophy. Also a hemangioma in C5 superior end plate. Impression: Abnormal reversal of usual cervical lordosis centered at C5-6 causing central canal narrowing and flattening the ventral surface of the cord.  NOW THAT WAS JUST MY CERVICAL NECK.AS FAR AS MY LUMBAR I WILL WRITE ABOUT THAT AFTER I GET SOME RESPONSE FROM THIS. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY NO DR. THINKS I NEED FURTHER TREATMENT, EXCEPT TRYING TRACTION OR A CHIROPRACTOR. I am suffering everyday  more and more, I am getting tingling in my hands, legs, feet, and even my face and the top of my lips. Can you give me some advice? Thanks  Kathy
