Your BP sounds fine, out of interest what is your BP when you are standing? Mine is about 95 - 110/75 standing, if I lay down it's 120/85. I thought I had orthostatic hypotension but when I told the doc she said that's nothing unusual.

Be careful if you have long hot baths, that really makes my BP plummet

That is a good number, but remember anything under 60 for a diastolic reading is considered low blood pressure or Hypotensive and 50 is getting pretty low. Low blood pressure won't hurt you unless you have symptoms such as dizziness. Also, since a diastolic of 50 is pretty low and you may experience some dizziness when getting up too quickly, so be careful.

Having said that, these numbers may be normal for you based on your level of condition as athletes will generally run lower BP.
