Upper left side pain just below ribs, occassionally sharp pain between ribs for a few minutes

I am male, 32 I have this problem from last few months that i for 2-3 days i feel pain in my left side of abdomen just below left rib. and bowl movement is not regular, sometimes stools are dark black + sometimes i have bloating in left side. when i lay on left side gas releases + also i feel pain in left arm. My HPylori is positive. no blood in stool, urine test is also normal, ALT is 10. I had piles in 2000. In morning i feel nausea but after brushing teeth. I feel normal. and if i don't eat for a few hours i feel my stomach is getting closer and again i feel like vomit. and whenever i have pain in left side of abdomen i have a small pimple on my left but and it stays for a couple of days then pain and pimple disappear automatically.

What kind of doctor i should consult and what kind of test i should have.

I've been dealing with similar symptoms (and others) for almost a year now.  However, I have NOT seen a gastro doctor yet.  Made my appointment and I'll see what she has to say in two weeks.

I have had the same thing going on for 3 days, went to the ER BUT THEY CANT FIGURE IT OUT, I am seeing a gastrologist, thats who u would need to see..ASAP ...I wish u well and feel ur pain cuz I also am in it w/ same issue...ugh ITS HORRIBLE
