is this a genital wart?

just last night i found this weird growth on the anal opening, it is soft and it moves around, it seems to be at the end of some thin 'string' which makes it wobbly. I have no pain. I am 26 years old and I have never had any problems down there before.  I have not been sexually active for about two years, and when I was it was with one partner.  I did experience some rectal bleeding a few weeks back but did not think much of it.

I have attached a pic ( sorry for the graphic display of my ***)  but im really curious to know what it is and im too embarrassed to see my physician.

It sounds like it may be a heammoroid or pile they are external as well as into so if ur too afraid to see someone about it mayb try som heammoroid cream.. Xx

I have something like this too.

I was really ashamed too, but they're extremely common and pose not much of a threat.

However, this is just from what I can see on a small image. DR'S see these things and millions more a year. It's nothing to them, and they don't have personal opinions. Just medical care.

Take yourself to a clinic to get a real opinion :)
