hepatitis c undetected, symptoms?

I tested myself for stds in 09 n my test came back pos for hep c anti bodies. The number was low. So the doctor told me to come back in 6 mos. I asked her y.  Since she didnt diagnose me i thought everything was fine. Now in may 2010 i screened myself again n the doctor said i had hep c. Did the blood work. I was undetected so she said i was immune. I read everything online and i think its a matter of time. Idk but i recieved oral sex from a guy. When he kissed me (before fellatio) his mouth was reaaaally dry and smelled horrible. After the encounter i realized he smelled like medicine. He gave me oral after making out thats it.2 mos later my mouth started getting really dry and i have a funny foul taste. I had no fever. But one day when i left the window open to sleep and it was cold. I woke up with a bad headache and a lump on my cheek( my mouth was completely dry (lips turn white when i stretch them. Xerostomia). Not visible but people touching it could feel it. This is the same side i have my impacted tooth and now i have a yellow tongue and white from the dryness. So many thoughts. My fears of hiv kicked in. But what are the chances my impacted tooth is causing this. Is it hcv or hiv. Im waiting to get tested but its so scary. Is it all a coincidence? Please help me.

I can't predict the future.  You have hep c antibodies but no virus so you do not have hep c.  It will not show up in the future unless you have another exposure.  Hep c is transferred only through blood to blood contact.  Nothing you wrote in your first post would transfer hep c.  And hep c is the only subject I can respond to.  I really don't know much about HIV but that it is easier to transfer.  Please see your doctor.

Well i forgot to mention that i think it was lichen planus, i got the rashes on my hands. And looking at the symptoms it said people usually get oral symptoms. Up to the part where it leaves reddish parts of the gum exposed and gives u a funny taste. Its abput tp b 4 mos and im too scared. I cant get that guy off my mind. And ofcourse i feel ashamed and stupid. But what could have been transmitted to cause those symptos (if anything) the lichen planus corresponds to the hep c. Im trying to fund a time to see my hmo because im tired of living in fear. And believe me ive stayed away from eveeything. Thanks for ur help.

You are not immune from hep c.  You have the antibodies because you were exposed to the disease at one time and your immune system fought it off.  You will probably always test positive for the antibodies, but if they did further tests and it showed no virus in your blood you do not have it now.  If you are re-exposed you can get it again.  The antibodies do not provide immunity, unfortunately.  If antibodies did provide immunity there would be a vaccine.  There isn't.

As for your mouth thing, it sounds like a fungal infection.  I would go to a doctor and ask about that.  And stay away from men with horrible breath.
