I posted this at some other Upper Right Quadrant pain sites:

----------------------------------------------------------------
Been getting some good relief for my year long bout with undiagnosed Upper Right Quadrant Pain.
First thought to be gallstones then ulcer and now more muscular skeletal.
Currently I am working on the later two possibilities.

For the Ulcer / Mucosal Lining help :
Supplements:
-Aloe King Aloe Vera -1 oz morning and evening
-New Chapter's  Supercritical Omega-7 (Sea Buckthorn) healing for all skin 2-4 per day
-Synergistics, Mucosa Max 1 at the beginning of each meal
-Grape Bitters 30 minutes before each meal
-Probiotic 30 minutes after each meal
-Wellness Resources GI Soother and Wellness Resources GI & Muscle Helper - taking these together once or twice a day I was also taking Wellness resources Sulfur Plus (MSM) supplement until I ran out.

-Clean Diet  -mostly vegetarian, with some Organic veggie juicing -potato and cabbage are supposed to really help ulcers but I mostly do parsley, celery and cucumber with a little carrot, beet and ginger.

For the Muscular Skeletal help:
-The Egoscue Method  http://www.egoscue.com/
Sessions and daily exercises designed for helping my alignment and support.
-Myofascial / Trigger Point massage therapy - massage sessions

Oh yes, I almost forgot to mention:
I have been eating gluten free even though I tested negative twice for Celiac disease, I think I may be sensitive to gluten. I just was not feeling well whenever I ate bread.

So I have been much better during the last month eating gluten free, taking supplements for ulcer/ mucosal lining and doing The Egoscue Method.

I been telling doctors thaat it could be my gallbladder but they don't think it could be but they keep running the same scans doing blood work and I've been seeing doctors for almost two years so I just hope I can find a good doctor that will figure it out

Hi,
It can certainly be your gallbladder. I had similar problems/pain. They did many tests on me as well, blood tests, cts, ultrasounds finding nothing. Then my doctor ordered a HIDA scan to check how well my gallbladder was functioning and low and behold they found that it wasn't functioning very well and now I will get my gallbladder removed in two weeks even though they didn't find stones or anything. Basically if you feel there is something wrong there problem is, you know your body better than anyone and a lot of doctor's think that all problems will present themselves in a textbook like case fashion when many times people are anything but... be persistant to find answers. There may not be answers, but in most cases there are. Keep your chin up!

Hmm. Well without going deep into your story, by reading this post it certainly seems like you've had a lot of work done he to you, and a thorough work up, so this certainly could be a case of pain, not otherwise specified, and with no known origin. Certainly this diagnosis has applied to issues relating to to the back and spine, and if you're having pain, no one is to tell you the pain is not real, but if no reason can be found for the pain, perhaps there is no specific reason. Exploratory surgery is about as thorough as it get. The simple and best suggestion I can give is and old saying about going to the doctor. A patient goes to the doctor, tells the doctor it hurts when I do this, so the Doctor says, "well just don't do that anymore." So perhaps, have you thought to instead of focusing on the problem, and trying to find the cause, perhaps try to live in the solution and simply practice paliative care. If there is something that is seriously going to be jeopardizing your health, it will eventually show in in blood work, etc. But then, I don't know your story or the other issues going on. This is just a simple thought for a simple post. Anyway, I certanily wish you best wishes and send painfree thougts your way in this difficult time, and hope that something soon works out for you. I hope you can continue to use this website as a resource, both for knowledge and suggestions, and for support. Take care of yourself and post back if you want to give more info! :)
