one blister on my vagina

I havent had sex or anything like that in more then a year, but 3 days ago i got this large bump near my clitoris, It kinda hurts and today i got the courage to look at it. and it had a small white head. just one. i have never had oral sex done to me, could it mean something other than herpies?

It looks like folliculitis or boil. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
