lacunar infarcts

Please tell me about lacunar infarcts. My MRI says that I had a lacunar infarcts seen bilaterally in the deep white matter as well as in the right basal ganglia and right thalamus. No acute intraccranial abnormalities.

I have high blood pressure. That I'm trying to take care of.
