Best Product

My father suffered a stroke after a heart operation to replace a value and double by-pass. Because he starting bleeding after operation, the doctors gave him products to thickened his blood, and we believe that's when he developed a blood clot that cause the stroke...His left side arm/shoulder and left leg was affected...He is started to improve on rehab, but his ankle and foot has no movement

Question: 1) Will a brace be able to help him walk with better mobility and do you know if there is any special brace we should look for. Can you recommend any product ?

2) Because the stroke was due to an operation, are his chances of a second stroke still high ?

Thank you for your time.
