Warm sensation in back of left leg with some aches and pain

I have also been having the same sypmtoms, an on and off warm sensation underneath the back of my upper thigh, and I am also experiencing mild aches and pains in my left leg and arm, for about 3 days now, and i too am scared that it is a blood clot. I also carry my 15 month old daughter around on my left hip, and I have had 2 children both over 8 lbs. I do pilates also, so I dont know what it could be. Could it be nerves or the pilates, I just recently started the pilates too. Any ideas?

Wow I just posted something like this a few minutes ago. My leg has also been hurting for 3 days, mostly in the same place that yours is. The pain is in other places too but when it first started it was mostly in my back thigh. Now its starting to tingle a little. I hope we do not have a blood clot. this was my first thought. I read about this thing called a Bakers Cyst? Look that up and see if that sounds like what you have. Good luck:)

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Either you are over doing the pilates or have a nerve injury or a pinched nerve. It can also be a blood clot in the blood vessels, but less likely.
You may need nerve conduction tests to start with and a color dopplar to rule out clots.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!
