When I talk to my medical specialists about this problem they act as is I should only be grateful to still be alive and they have no real interest in helping me get backBack pain - low Back strain treatment to what I was like before. Encourage your husband anyway and try to understand how frustrating it is to want to feel healthy and energetic again but no matter what you do you feel exhausted. If I come up with anything further I will let you know. God speed.
Don't feel like the lone ranger bud because it stinks, it really stinks...I was feeling alone until I started attending rehab and there seems to be a whole lot of strokeHeat emergencies Hemorrhagic stroke Stroke Transient ischemic attack survivors...That in itself made me feel "not alone".....
I was a diligent exercise person before and naievely thought that just increasing my exercise levels would bring my strength and stamina back. This has been disappointing. Your husband is probably extremely frustrated too. I have not seen a relationship between hard efforts and energy recovery. Vitamins and supplements have not increased my stamina measureably either.
