Can Chlamydia produce Trichomonas?

hello.
last year (2010-June) i went to Manila and stayed there for 6.5 months, during which I had unprotected sex with too many girls!!
End of November, I realized an itchy-burning sensation during urination. Also I realized that the glans of my penis was somehow, sometimes appearing dry and I could even sometimes peel off... (I put some ointment that i had with me on it and in 2 weeks it disappeared!)
During these months I met a woman X (single mom), who told me that she ONLY had sex with 1 guy several years ago from whom she had her child (2 years old then). She has since not wanted to see that guy because he was irresponsible. That guy was the ONLY one she had sex before me (as she said).
Anyway. In mid December I came back to my country only to return again to the Philippines in January 2011.
As soon as I was there I had unprotected sex with another new girl. After that, till 1st week of March, I was again with the woman X for 2 months, but this time i was ONLY with her all the time.
After being 1 month with her, one day she told me that she had blood flow, and it was not her period time!
At the time, she was a bit sick and was coughing strong all the time. I told her that MAYBE she was pregnant from me and from her strong cough she lost the newly formed baby.
1st week of March I returned back to my country.
End of march I realized that the burning sensation during urination became stronger and even i felt the burning while I was NOT urinating. I didn't pay any attention, but was worried! Then within 2 days, my right testicle was in pain and I could tell it was becoming larger. I touched and found out that the lower part of the testicle had a swollen part. The pain was strong, so I went to a doctor, who told me I had inflammation. He gave me some medicine and the pain went away and the testicle gradually became smaller and the lower swollen part was smaller too (till now, it is still there, but much much smaller than before). A scan showed that it was the epididymas (sorry for wrong spelling)!
Then I felt the urge to tell my doctor that I was suspecting of having and STD. Maybe the STD caused my inflammation. I told him that I checked online and found 3 diseases which give the same symptoms i was feeling: trichomonas, Chlamydia and Gonnorhea.
He immediately sent me to be tested for Trichomonas and Chlamydia. He said that there is a small chance of a male getting Gonnorhea, and besides, in our country we don't have the means to test for it.
5 days later the tests came out that I had Chlamydia! My doctor gave me ZITHROMAX SD single shot powdered drink for 2 weeks (once a week each shot). After that, I tested again, it was lower, but still there. So my doctor told me to take other 2 shots again. I took them and the 3rd week I went to test my blood again, for which the results will show in a few days now. I told my doctor that I am going to take another shot in the 3rd week just to make sure. He agreed. In the meantime, I felt that the burning sensation was becoming less and less with time.
All this till now is ok. But my question will follow in a while.
As soon as I heard a few months ago that I had Chlamydia, i felt responsible to tell my Girl X in the Philippines about my story and asked her to go to check herself too for these 3 diseases. She was angry at first, but being in love with me and a very tolerant girl, she finally calmed down and agreed.
Her tests came out that she had Trichomonias!!! but not Chlamydia!!!
Of course she is taking the medicine for it now. I know, because I am following her actions. 2 days ago she was tested again, and her doctor had said to continue the medication for 7 more days.
There is a very big chance that I got the Chlamydia from another girl, because I made sex with many girls.
But also I made sex to her.
Now, my question is:
If I had Chlamydia when I did sex to her, how is it that Chlamydia did not pass to her and she had Trichomonas?
and even IF I got something FROM her, it would be Trichomonas, which didn't show in my exams!
Her doctor has told her that trichomonias is a "weaker" disease than Chlamydia.
I know that Gonnorhea can be ruled out, because none of us showed it in our exams.
Is Trichmonias the "beginning" of Chlamydia?
Is Chlamydia the "advanced form" of Trichomonas?
why do we both have different diseases?
we are both of course being treated now, and soon our treatment will end!

Thank you for your patience in reading my problem. I wish to understand why this difference in our cases when both should have the same disease...

Thanks again!

you tried to post on someone else's post in the std experts forum so it was bumped over here. you need to pay to post on the experts forum.

it's very difficult to detect trich in males. you certainly need to tell your provider that your partner was diagnosed with it so that you can be properly treated for that too. The medications for chlamydia, aren't accurate for trich.

you also need to properly cover your std testing bases better since you've had multiple unprotected partners. You should be screened for hepatitis, herpes, hiv , gonorrhea and syphilis. there is gonorrhea testing in every single country in the world so I suggest that you find a different provider to get your std testing from since this one seems uninformed.

I am Polaris1 again.
I forgot to say that during the swelling of my right testicle, my semen was slightly brown-reddish. this went away with the medications and now it is clear whitish.
Also, I want to say that, the doctor told me that I had slight Hernia on my right side, which he had to operate as soon as my disease was cured 100%.
I already thought that something was wrong, because during my last 2 months of sex, I could suddenly feel that my right testicle was missing!!
I touched here and there to find out that it had slipped up to the lower part of my abdomen...
My doctor later told me that after my Hernia operation, it would be fixed and ok.

Thanks again.

Just a real qucik response for you.

Trich and Chlamydia (CT) are two different things.  One is bacterial infection the other is parasite.  CT will not turn into Trich.  You had so many unprotected encounters, there is no way to tell where you got CT from.  In addition, tests for Trich in males is not always accurate, you may have given it to girl X but it may have cleared up in you or you may still have it.  You should tell your doctor that you were potentially exposed to Trich and you should be treated for that as well.  How and why she does not have CT is unknown and may never be known.
