Good Read.. Chiropractic § Pregnancy

Hi all..

I just saw the post on headaches and it reminded me to post this link.

I've been going to a chiropractor for years and can attest to it being highly effective (ie: I don't get headaches when my spine is properly aligned)...

There are also some great studies out on Chiropractic care in children...

Check out this "ivillage" article.

I worked in chiropractic for a long time and it is great for pregnant women-i really agree with the post above.  the key is finding a great doctor, one that is gentle and effective.  I recommend the activator method solely.  i have never had the whole popping and cracking thing done to me and probably never will.  if anyone is in the oklahoma area i can give you the name of the best doctor.

some of our patients testify that it helped them get pregnant, helped them afterward, helped their children with colic, gas pressure, EARACHE, and tummy problems!  when i have a child the first place i will take him is to the chiropractor for a brief check up-the birthing process is crazy!  it helped me with headaches, cramps, ulcer, and acne.  its amazing what your nerves can do!

There are a number of different techniques that chiropractic physicians will use to help. Some people are nervous about the "popping and cracking thing", but there is really no need to be worried. Find a DC who you feel comfortable with and good luck!!
