Hi,
My handHand or foot spasms Hand tremor turns to a fist and my arm curls every time. Actually the stronger the orgasmOrgasmic dysfunction the tighter my arm gets. No faking that orgasmOrgasmic dysfunction anymore, if my arm doesn't curl, I didn't have one. My husband can tell every time. My therapist warned me this would happen. Hope this helps.

I am back to rehabbing to strengthen leg, still making progress, and recently clonus appears reduced when riding stationary bike and at orgasm. Possibly brain still re-organizing, but more likely rehab is shifting balance of power to my voluntary control. PT suggested working through clonus rather than avoiding it. Never give up.
