Bleeding at 10 weeks post IVF?

My aunt just started bleeding yesterday .. She is 10 weeks via ivf. It was bright red. The doctor sent her back and said everything was fine and the baby was okay on ultrasound. They did not measure the heart rate and did not seem unduly concerned. Could it be placenta previa or subchororionic bleeding? or should she seek a second opinion..
She is worried and i think her doctor has an I don't care attitude..THey did say her cervix was okay? Should she be on bedrest with her legs up? Anyone had a problem and still made it okay? she does have mild blood pressure.
