Uterine Arteries show Diastolic Notch

by ashuindy, Mar 29, 2007 12:00AM
Dear Sir / Madam,

I am from India and my wife is pregnent and she has 4 months completed. Now we had gone for Obstetric Sonography and the report says she had  BOTH UTERINE ARTERIES SHOW DIASTOLIC NOTCH. FOLLOW UP IS ADVISED FOR IUGR/Amniotic Fluid.

So we had missed our baby in the year 2004 with the same problem, our dr. says that it was due to water bag drying.

So this time everything is fine today but we are afraiding for tommorow. We want our baby this time

IS there any medicine or any tratment for the above problem ? Please reply me as soon as possible.

Thanks and regards,

Ashish Soni

I am sorry you have had to go through the loss of a child and now you are having the same worries. Have you sought a second opinion? Have you researched this? I would get a second opinion. I wish you well and I hope you get to hold your baby in 5 months!
