I am a 37 year old recovering anorexic who has been diagnosed with WPW at age 15 and Right Branch Bundle Block.  I have been on Tambocor for about 11  years at 100mg 4 times a day.  Lately it has not been helping at and I have been having more and more episodes of not being able to catch my breath, feeling faint, feeling weak in arms and legs at times, Is this related to my condition?  Should I go ahead with surgery now?
Please contact at ***@****
I would greatly appreciate an opinion.

By surgery do you mean ablation?  Sounds like it might be a good idea for you.  It would eliminate your need for meds.

I also have wpw.  At the age of 15, I admitted to the hospital and starting the medication.  At that time diagnosed with :  PAT and RBBB.  Now I'm 49.  I had my His bundle ablation at 27 years old.  I've a 2 leads pacemaker and I'm still having wpw with LBBB because of the pacemaker pacing the right side caused it.  Now I didn't take any heart med.

I do feel weak in my legs.  (fall out from the car)  I get down the car then I realised I unable to stand up!!!!  I get blurr vision and drowniess that what I described as I live inside the space ship.  Doctors don't care.  As I haven't collaped yet!

Take care.
