left ventricular remodeling and hypertrophy

I recently had a right heart cath done because due to my high tricuspid regurgitation, the doctors thought I had pulmonary hypertension. Good news--I don't. However, I still have shortness of breath, fatigue when exercising, and edema. My left ventricle has hypertrophied and is concentric. I have aortic sclerosis, with no stenosis. Mitral and pulmonic valves have mild regurgitation and tricuspid is moderate. The right atrium is mildly dilated. If it isn't pulmonary hypertension causing the dilation, then what could be causing it? Also, does the LVDD and concentric hypertension cause the symptoms I am experiencing without any lung problems?
