Brain Stem Tumor? Please Please Help

I am concerned about my wife. She has been experiencing symtpoms similar to MS, however, she is getting other problems arising including anisocoria or unequal pupils. She went to her doctor today and he said that her eyes were reacting ok to the light, that they looked equal when he saw her. Her pupils are not always unequal but it occurs several times in the day.
She has one cold and an one warm all of the time.
And she has sinus tachycardia. She experiences frequent palpitations.
She is also getting strong twitching in her neck at the back of her neck, she says it is worse when she feels tense.
She also gets a lot of floaters and flashes in front of her eyes. She has seen her doctor and he sent her away saying it is anxiety and that he strongly thinks her problems are psychological. She IS experiencing high levels of anxiety but it is because she fears what is happening to her.
Last night she could not sleep because she claimed her face was twitching, and her legs. Then this morning she said her left ankle was numb and her right hand was numb.
