Need info on high stage endometrial cancer

Had the hysto last year -- did not break through the uterine wall. However, C cells were found in the peritoneal fluid. Had a PETscan -- no sign of the cancer. YaY. Went one whole year having a CT scan every 6 months. Recent one showed a "spot". Aspiration was unsuccessful. Had Laporoscopy today. Found the "spot" (nodule) attached to the Omentum, removed it yay. However, Doc said there were "several" match head size nodules attached to the abdominal wall. Boo. There is lots of info on Ovarian and Breast cancer, and lots of info on the early stages of Endometrial cancer. I need direction on the further stages of Endo cancer. Any good leads? This "several nodes on abdominal wall) doesn't sound good at all so I want to get feedback and information sites. Thanks to whomever can help me, this seems like a good site.
