mets + sarcoma

I am approaching 2 yrs of being dx'd with mpnst. I had an aka along with chemo. I have chest xr every 4 mo,so far so good.Are there any warning signs or symptoms that I should be extra aware of? I have a tendency to not be too "alarmist". Thanks in advance.
