by deep27, May 02, 2006 12:00AM
Hi ,

I am experiencing this problem since last week .It started with a digestion problem and bad stool for which i took antacids.then I felt some pain in the left abdomen towards my groin, waist region and I was going to Toilet frequently .My doctor told me it could be a Urinary Tract infection.i undewen urine exam ,Ultrasonography of Kidney,Ureter and Bladder but it was ok .I am on medication with olfaxacin,Alkasol and ornidazole .Some pain killers were given to suppress the pai.Now the pain is not much but the irritation in my left abdomen ,groin area is there .No fever is present and with no blood trace in urine till date. However the frequency to urinate is subsiding but the composition of morning Stool is very smelly and gas related disorder is there. Is this Kidney problem ?Plz suggest as I am bit woried .Should I go for IVU test ?
