Penis-so called pearly penile papules

I am a 30-year-old uncircumcised male and have pearly penile papules so I was told when I was 20-21 years old. They have not grown or spread and always appear the same size or color throughout my life. I used to try and squeeze them or pop them desperately I even used tweezers. Although they are very tiny maybe 2-5 of them appear under and around the head of my penis recently I decided to squeeze or pop them again. The papules did not pop or really release any fluids but became real irritated and red (a bloodlike appearance).

     Here’s my concern…I am in a relationship for 3 years now and my girlfriend went down on me when the papules were still irritated or red. About 3 days later she grew a fever blister or cold sore on her lip. I was so scared and still am. Can she catch anything from me? or did I give her something or do I in fact have some sort of herpes and not know about it?

Here’s the last thing she told me that her brother, niece, and even herself has had cold sores in the past. I am so worried that I gave her something or is it just a huge coincidence that she has been stressed and got a cold sore on her own. Thanks for reading and please provide comments. I plan to get tested maybe Mon or Tuesday for std’s.

You did not give her the cold sore on her lip.  Half the population has oral herpes and most contract it as young children.  If she has had them before, that's a pretty good indicator she didn't get it from you.  You cant contract it again.

sparkeler i have another question what if the whole time they were small warts? whats symptons should i have then or if any? my girlfriend is the one who went to the doctor so they tested her for bacterial or viral infection. do you have any other suggestions? thanks

ok i have the same thing everyones talking about about the lil white dots around the penis head
what im doing is getting rid of it actually almost instantly
all you have to do is keep your penis clean and "DRY" serioulsy it works for me. keep it dry dont let it get moist under the extra skin i thinks thats the reason why men with uncircumcised penis' have it more than men circumcised penis's because mositure gets locked under the extra skin.
just try it for a couple of days see if it works out at all.if it does post it everywhere on the net as much as you can. if not write back to me saying it was worthless

Pearly Penile papules can be removed by C02 laser.  Most of the doctors that I have been to do not know much about it.  Visit www.nomorepapules.com to see before and after results. I am currently looking for a doctor in the states that will perform this.

I noticed that on many men who have ppp the glans is often covered with tiny bumps that form rows from the corona to the meatus roughly. The pictures on nomorepapules.com illistrate this nicely. They are easire to see in a flacid state. Are these papules as well or some other normal variant? I have had them for years as well as the standard coronal and frenulum ppp.
