small penus for 13 year old

my son is 13 and had his school phsucal today. the doctor took me aside and refered me to an endocinologist because she said his penis was only the size of a 3 or 4 year old.  what causes that can it be fixed ? and what is the relationship between that and an endocrinilogist

I think your Dr. wants to make sure your son doesn't have a growth hormone deficiency.  It's complicated but worth reading up on before your 1st appointment.
