semen problems

I got today the results of my second semen analysis. Count 13 milj/ml, volume 1.5 ml and morphology 0%!!! My first analysis was already poor, but this second was poorer. I have done everything to make my semen better, but no succes. Have anybody any exeperiences to get child in normal ways with these kind of results? Is ICSI really my only hope to get a child?

What do you mean you have done everything to improve it??  Have you been to the doctor to make sure you dont have a varecoile(sp?)?

My husband and I are having the same problem.  His count is 7 million with a motility of .4.  Pretty bad.  They are referring us to a urologist so that he can get checked out further ebcause sometimes it is an easy fix.  Good luck!!

I know there are vitamin suppliments out there (I make my DH take them even though doc says his sperm in fine).  Not sure how reliable they are but the may be worth a try.  I think DH uses "FertilAid for Men"

ok are those pills a specialty pill from dr. office? inquireing minds want to know where to get them ( squeals yeah!!!!)i wanna check those out i wanna boost my chances up as high as i can get them.do they have any thing special for woman thet seem to work? cause im on a mission. i need mass amounts im at the lowest end of the chain im at a 20% chance right now on my own.

My testicles are checked very carefully, even with ultrasound because I suffered relatively bad testicle injury when I was a teenager. Happily nothing physical abnormalities found now. My blood tests were also ok. My hormonies and testosterone levels are fine. After my first analysis I have eaten multivitamins, zinc and selenium. I have stopped to drink alcohol and try to loose my weight, but no help. Perhaps I should still try FertilAid for Men? I have been always very healthy man.

Get you some Red Panax Ginseng, this is the real stuff that is from the red root ginseng.  It is highly recommended to increase sperm count and mobility.  Look up the information on the website. Avoid of course, hot showers, tight fitting clothes-try to sleep nude every once in awhile to let those puppies breath, and most of all relax and try to forget your trying to conceive, better yet go out of town, I bet those puppies will get to moving. I know it sounds weird, but many people when they go on vacations and relax end up conceiving.

Thanks your advices! I really want to try Ginseng! I know that heat is not good for sperms, so I have already avoided thight briefs, jeans and hot baths. I am really upset about the quality of my semen because the latest semen analysis told that all of my sperms are abnormally shaped. Doctor recommended ICSI in my case. Anyhow, first I still want to improve my semen. For me it is hard to admit that ICSI is my only way to become a father!

I am sorry, but I really don´t know facts about food. Anyhow it is said that some fertilizers and pesticides can cause male infertility. So natural food should be good.
