TTC after miscarriage

I'm so frustrated like so many of you on here. I had a miscarriage in March at 6 weeks along-everything had been great so we thought. I have a history of cyst on my overies, endometrosis and other crazy things on my female organs. I also had 1 tube closed for several years. My doctor said I will have to have a hysterctomy at some point so we are trying to get pregnant before that happens. In June I had to have another surgery b/c i had cyst on my overies and in my uterus at that time my Dr ran dye through my tubes and they were BOTH open and looked great, she even thought i would get pregnant soon after this procedure. Guess what still no baby!!!I can tell when I O and we take advantage of that time and my periods are right on schedule except for this month I started nov 27 instead of Dec 3rd and usually have a 3 or 4 day cycle but I'm still spotting as of 12/5. I'm so frustrated and afraid my time will run out and have to have a hystercotmy please help with any advice. Thank you so much. I do have a beautiful 2 year old and it took me 6 years to have her but i don't have that long now.

Have you been to an RE? That might be your best bet. They check everything.

aww i hope u get ure bfn soon.... i took years to concieve..and it took me 6 months after my miscarriage... for some reason i dont think keeping track on ovulation and temps should be done... i was obsessed with tests and kits... i finally gave up and just had sex everyday and in a lovely postion (shoulders on the floor, legs straight up in the air) lol...o lovely thought!!!!! i managed to get pregnant in that month of doing that every night....... my dates are showing i got pregnant 4 days after my af!!!!??? it happened with my last pregnancy..i was preg 6 days after my af.... all the ovulation tests etc were not working cos i was doing them at the wrong time.... im telling u this because i know how frustrating and heart breaking ttc is..... i know this method worked for me and i hope it does for u. xxxxx take care and get them legs in the air girl when u r feeling better

thank you so much and I'm all about new postions!! ha ha. I have been thinking maybe I'm wrong on my timing so it's off to trying again for this month. When I got pregnant with my daughter and when i miscarried I just decided I couldn't get pregnant and was done with it and guess what??? Pregnant but it's hard to get to that point. Thanks again!

i think everyone should throw timing out the window..... just think how hapy the other halves will be as well when u say..lets do it everyday and see if it works...lol
