inflammated (swollen) fallopian tube need adice please

Hi girls just feeling a bit down because of this problem that was discover on last sat when I was suppose to get my Hcg shot which instead I got on monday but had no IUI because they saw my left tube swollen so they told me to do it the old fashion way. So now I'm scare is either no going to worl or it it works that there is a possibility of ectopic preg. Or that when is time to go for the laparoscopy they will give me worse news Please if u have any advice i'll appreciate it.

I was told my fallopian tubes are swollen.Is these infectious?Can i still have sex?
