cyst and fluid

I received the results of my MRI. In addition to having a number of extremely large pedunculated fibroids (outside of the uterus), I have several ovarian cysts, the largest is a left adnexal cyst measuring 4 cm. There is also 3.9cm of fluid collection in the lower right pelvis that may be related to the ovary. I additionaly have free fluid in the pelvis. I know the fibroids are of no concern regarding ovarian cancer, but should I be worried about the cyst and fluid? Also, what causes fluid?

of free fluid in the pelvis. I had hysterectomy in 2000 of both ovaries and findings of cyst which were
moved in 1998,1999. Is this unusual to happen after everything has been removed. Other findings
of extensive edema in the musculature of the lower lumbar paraspinous structures.
