ovarian cancer symptoms

I'm really scared and just wanted people's opinions that have maybe been in this or similar position. ( I have an appt. with dr. next week but the waiting is driving me crazy )  Recently I've notice around the time I ovulate I am bloated with a lot of stomach gas, lower back pain, and this is really embarassing but I feel like I need to have a bowel movement all during the day.  I know these symptoms can be other things but the bloated / full feeling and backache have me worried because some of these sypmtoms are also symptoms of ovarian cancer. I guess my question is has anyone diagnosed with ovarian cancer had these symptoms when you were diagnosed?  I'm trying not to jump to conclusions but it's hard not to when you go online looking at various symptoms and causes and some of them match ovarian cancer.  Thanks for listening and any help / comments would be appreciated.

Before you jump to the assumption of possible ovarian cancer have you thought maybe that you could have an ovarian cyst? I had those same symptoms (plus others) 2 years ago when I was eventually diagnosed with an ovarian torsion. (An ovarian torsion, if you didn't know is a large cyst that has twisted) I'm currently having some of your same symptoms now, so I can sympathize with the worrying and waiting part. Try your best not to jump to too many conclusions before you see the doctor :-) that's the best advice I can give. Because if you really research your symptoms, unless you have others you havent listed, info could tell you it could be one of several things. But I do hope everything works out for you. :-)

Thanks so much.  I have also wondered about a cyst.  It made me feel better that someone knows how I'm feeling.  I'll try to not worry until I find out.  Thanks again.
