It's hard to rely on other symptoms...I mean, feeling fatigued? I'm 35, mother of a 10 year old and a 6 year old, I work full time and take courses...who wouldn't be fatigued?? I have some pain (very slight) in the lower abdomen on the same side as the lump. I get night sweats from time to time, mostly during PMS.
I also have two small hard lumps in my groin on the same side (which i've not mentioned to my doc), only pain on the right side during periods, constant dull pain with regular sharp stabbing, pulling/squeezing feelings in the lower right abdo (which radiates down my right leg), dizziness/lightheadedness with occassional weakness/dizziness on standing, ocassional chest pains (left sided only - perhaps a conincidence), a clicking grumbling feeling on the right abdo (felt by resting a hand there), increased abdo size, increased gas (first thing in the morning/at night), irregular periods (irregular for over a year - cycles range from 28 days - 63 days with anything between 3 and 7 days bleeding), right sided headaches behind the eye (began in the past year -very rarely had headaches before this). I'm generally ok. It's not stopping me from going to work, however it is making work quite exhausing and i dont feel comfortable with rushing around at the moment as it feels like something may pop or get stuck - it feels as if i have a "stich" when i move or roll over quickly. Does any of this strike a chord with you.. or anyone else at this forum. I've been referred to a gyn and should have received my appointment time this week but it hasnt arrived - i winder if anyone else can give me a heads up beofre i go.
thankyou
A lump in your groin could indicate an infection somewhere. Your glands in the groin and under your arm can go up and down with even stuff like the flu or mono. If you are worried then do go to your GP and check it out.
Peace...

I was so relieved, hope you find out soon,
