the ultrasound reads multiplanar sonogram of the pelvis utilizing both transabdominal, and transvaginal ultrasound. The urinary bladder is normal. There are non space-occupying lesions, calculi or mural abnormalities. The patient is tatus post hysterectomy. The right ovary measures 3.4x2.0x2.0. The left ovary is large, it measures 8.5x5.0x7.0cm. There are multiple simple cysts at both ovaries, the largest at the left ovary measures 60mm which is 6 inches, the largest at the right ovary measures 12mm. No fluid in the pelvis.
Impression:
Status post hysterectomy
Multiple simple cysts, the largest on the left measures 60mm. Neoplasm could not be ruled out.
