Sorry it took so long to give you the info but I haven't been online in a couple days.. Go to www.ghchealth.com & the tablets I take are called Oxy-Powder vegetarian capsules, I take 3 everynite & no problems going to the bathroom. Sometimes I will skip a nite & still have a bowel movement the next day, you just have to see what works for you.  Before I found these I had tried everything over the counter and nothing worked. Good luck.  :)

I think you'll be happy with the results, I was miserable until I found them. Impacted bowels scare the **** out of me & I was desperate for anything to take care of the problem so I was extremely happy when these worked. Let me know if you try it & how you like it.

This page should also help you understand just what oxypowder is. I thought it was just another gimmick. But it looks like they're serious.

Regarding the fiber colon cleansers... It says the fiber expands. Does this mean when you go to the toilet, that you're mostly getting rid of the fiber cleaner? as opposed to your own body's wastes?
