I know I posted earlier and thanks to Demiguise for your comment, but something still isnt right. I don't know what is wrong. I feel fine all the time, except when I eat. Right after I eat I feel like throwing up, but I never do. Earlier in the week I got diarrhea and almost threw up, but that was the most that ever happened. I don't know if it's something I ate, but if it was, why am I the only one in my family who is feeling sick. I get nauseas for about 10 minutes right after I eat and it goes away. The rest of the day I'm fine, acting perfectly healthy otherwise. I do feel full more often, even if I haden't eaten anything. Could food poisoning of some sort cause this? Could I be lactose intolerant? What? I'm not having fun eating anymore.

Have you considered food allergies?  My mother feels deathly ill when she eats pineapple.  I feel very ill and have diahrea after eating Japanese or halepenos.  Purhaps what you are allergic to is just a more common food.  If you believe it is lactose intolerance, just stop eating or drinking dairy for a while and see if it helps.  If you still are having trouble and can't figure it out, maybe you should just see your doctor.

If sis is completely over it, then it probably had something to

do w/ food except she may have a stronger tolerance & get

better faster. We're all different & also eat different. Food

poisoning , if severe, makes you want to heeve your guts & just

die over the bowl along w/ both ends at the same time. A mild

case would still be not poisoning you after this amt. of time.

Journal food for a few week. Track time nausea w/ diarrhea.

Ck. temperature for fever but (doubt you have). Lactose creates

a real bloat/gas feeling & you're miserable along w/ all those

near you. Try 2% instead of whole milk or best, none w/ no other

dairy products. Maybe it's an additive/preservative. I get hives

w/ red dye 40 (it's in everything) sm-amt OK. Red jello, I'm

broke out. Not sure what, but there are pills at naturalpathic

stores for treating the enzyme balance in stomache pre-eating.

Beano is sold OTC for controlling bloat problems. Chew smaller

portions well & follow w/ plain water. Soda's have additives.

Stick w/ slower eating/water/no dairy short time & incorporate

heavier foods slow. Fatty foods may be causing flare up. If

gone so quick, you may be having an acid problem that can be

helped w/ club soda & a slice of lemon for flavor or just

sparkling water. Gulping may cause too much air intake & cause

similar effects. Could you be pregnant? What happens after a

sm-snack? Stay hydrated & go to Dr if it keeps hanging on. You

may not be getting the nutrients from the food to stay healthy

& bounce back. Soda crackers help nausea. Dry/bland but helps.

I think it MIGHT be a dairy thing, I was eating tomato soup and used milk instead of water to make it creamy and I felt sick. I always have a little thing against dairy stuff. A long time ago I would eat grilled cheese sandwich and throw it up after. So I usually dont eat cheese at all. And we buy skim milk, but I never drink it. It might be because I eat very unhealthy, but my mom is into buying health food so then again I am eating healthy, but I'm not fat, very skinny. I'm just gonna hold off on the dairy stuff for a while then try something later and see if I get the same symptoms. I do get gassy, nauseas, almost throwing up and thats what madadivad said above if i was lactose intolerant. Thanks for all your help! You girls/guys are great with help on here!

it could be anything from gastritis, GERD, lactose intolerance, IBS, or even psychological(anxiety or body image)

I would say it sounds like acid reflux. You probably want to see a doctor and if it is acid reflux you will take a pill every day and you will be fine.

Acid Reflux sounds like a real possibility.  You need to find out asap as your symptoms sound like advanced stages and it can

actually damage you esphoagus (sp).  Don't hesitate... Lainey

I have adhesions (scar tissue) from gallbladder surgery, pain pretty much 24/7 under my right rib, I'm seeing a pain management clinic for muscular/skeletal, I've had trigger point injections, physical therapy for abdominal muscle damage, cause and effect from the surgery.  I am a 49 yr old female, I had my gallbladder removed 9 yrs. ago, and with that I got IBS w/ severe diarrhea (pain and fatigue, alot of acid).   I take Questran (generic Cholestrymine) 1 tsp. w/ water at bed (One package can be to binding and constipate.),  It binds bile and stops my diarrhea.  If I don't take this at bedtime.  The next morning, no matter what I put in my mouth I will have diarrhea.  IAlso, try Protonix for acid.  I cannot eat gassy fruits or vegies, citrus or acidic foods, no fried or fatty foods, no dairy, no alcohol, caffiene, garlic, onions.  I eat low sugar, low fat meals - oatmeals, fiber one bars, fruit & nut bars, lean quisine meals, applesauce, activia yogurt. No real people food.
The Questran is a miracle for me.  I've just been put on Symax an antispasm med for your digestion. I also have dyspepsia (difficulty digesting). I live w/ pain everyday due to digestion and adhesions and it disrupts my life and family.  I hope some of my info can help you.
Good luck, I wish you all well.
