I suppose it's possible that after that heavy meal, you've bm was impacted. Possible too that you have hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids will leave a little streak on the toilet paper. If it's little and only on the t.p. I'd assume it's that. If more or you continue to have these problems, I'd see a Dr.
My daughter, when a baby, had been impacted and I had to use glycerin suppositories to help the impacted feces make their way out more easily.
As a note, do not strain at the toilet. From what I've read, it isn't good to do. Instead, find a stool and place your feet upon it while at the toilet. I've read this is helpful when constipated.

Remember to always have fiber in your diet, even if it's store bought when you don't eat fiberous foods. Hope this helps...
