Hi Could be an allergic reaction or even childhood acne . You,d have to see a dermatologist for dx though. My 3 yr old grandson has similar and has seen a dermatologist and has been dx with childhood acne. He gave him a particular type of antibiotics , then an antibiotic solid stick which he can actually use himself under supervision. Hope this helps.

My son had similar spots, & we found the culprit was his watch,he was allergic to the metal on the bottom of it,he had these spots in his hair,& very itchy,we took him to a speacialist & had him remove his watch,he also had them there,we could not beleive it was caused by that, but once his watch was removed the spots all cleared up & had not had a problem since he had went months with this until we found the culprit,Good Luck.

To: spots in children
my 7 yr old dauughter has red spots on topof her legs behind her ankle (Which looks like a wart and keeps growing) they go from a small spot and spread quite quickly from touching, I am worried if they spread to other parts and especially her face!! (As she has already had comments made about top of her legs and begind one ankle when she has been swimming, and this has made her quite upset!
