Bumps on penis

Ive had a large group of small bumps on my penis as far i can remember. Nothing from sexual intercourse. I do not know what they are but would like to. They are very small and around the base of my penis near my scrotum. Anyone have any idea?

This could be due to acne/imples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infction or some skin nodules etc.
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.
Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.
You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching.
