Cancer again?!!

I had a complete abdominal hysterectomy a little over a year ago, and about 3 months after my surgery I began developing small "cysts" (for lack of a better word) to the left of my vaginal opening and on the perineum. Two months ago, I had my gallbladder removed, and a few days after surgery, another 3 of these "cysts" appeared, 2 next to the vagina, one on the perineum. They do not seem to be related to sex, as they appear and get worse whether I have sex or not. Also, sex has been so unbearable painful since the hysterectomy that I avoid it at all costs. Now, 2 of the cysts have disappeared, but the largest one, to the left of my vagina, is now nearly two INCHES in diameter and turning purple. It is swollen about 1-1 1/2" OUT (looks like I'm growing a testicle!) as well as the surrounding area (entire groin) is tender and hot to the touch, with a numb sensation radiating out if I push on the knot. The lymph node on that side of my groin is throbbing, and I have been running a low grade fever off and on (never over 100F tho). I had assumed it was a cyst, yet I have tried to "open/drain" it three times, and never get anything but blood...no pus at all, even though the center appears whitish/yellowish at times. I have called my gyno several times about this, but the soonest they can see me is August 23....do I need to go to the e.r.? Could this be a re-emergence of my cancer? I also forgot to mention that I also had advanced adnomyosis and endometriosis, and have undergone several LEEP and cone procedures in the ten years preceding my cancer. Can endometriosis recur with the cervix gone? I don't understand all this pain I'm having...doc said would stop after got rid of endo and cancer, but its gotten worse. Also have a thin milky /clear discharge. Advice?
