cervical laser decompression

Any pros/cons on percutaneous discetomy with laser? Have a bulge, two herniated disks,, a bulge. One doc says fusion only, one says decompression or fusion. Want some relief without losing movement in neck. Don't want the domino effect of one operation after another. Have I waited too long for help? (two years)
