White Bump on penis shaft

I am really worried about this white bump on my penis, about less then half a centimeter away from the head near the middle of the shaft... I have never had any form of sex (oral, vaginal or handjob) I've only masturbated, I sometimes clean with socks that I find on my floor, I know that that isn't the best choice but it's the only thing available at that time, and my brother use to have warts on the bottom of his foot, I dont know if its a wart or not.. It's been there for a couple of months but it wasn't too big, but the last 3 days or so I've been having sharp pains in my stomach, they come at random times during the day and they shoot from the top of my stomach to my pelvic region then the sides of my stomach hurt, and within the time period that these pains have been occurring the white bump has become larger and now it looks like its going to pop, its pretty large and sensitive. I don't really know what it is, but I'm worried about it because I have opportunities for sexual activity but I can't do anything because i am worried and embarrassed about this mark... I don't know what it could be since i have had no sexual encounters so i don't know if it could be genital warts, and it isn't clustered, its just a single bump near the top of my penis.

some questions I have:

1. What do you think this white bump is?
2. What should I do about it?
3. Could it be genital warts?

The white bump is definately not an STD.  You have not had sex so, therefore, you can't possibly have genital warts.  You don't say how old you are, but if you are a teen, you should talk to your parents about your abdominal pain and see if they can get you into a doctor.  At that time, you could ask the doctor to look at your privates as well.  If you are of age to make your own appointment, please do so, but don't worry about an STD.  A visit to your doctor should alleviate your anxiety and he/she can tell you what the white bump is.  Good luck.

thanks northshore... i went to the doctors today and he said that my stomach pains were coming from the medication i was put on for my broken collar bone..and the white bump was just a pimple and that there was nothing wrong

i havnt has sex either and i have white bumps on the bottom of the shaft little ones scattered around,can u tell me if it is a sti or std and if yes or no how i can get rid of it? thank you

Again, if you haven't had sex, its not a sexually transmitted disease.  Its just not possible.

Google pearly papules and see if that fits what you have.
