minor rash on neck, HSV1?
I have some minor rashes on my neck been trying not to scratch it.
It's a little dry. Is this a symptom from HSV1? No broken skin just dry

forgot to mention but I tested positive for HSV1 & HSV2 both positive but never had an outbreak so everything concern me. So now whatever I see that isn't quite normal to me I'm concern. I have like 3 small beige dot on my top lip but it looks like fordyce spot. Hydrocortisone made it all better. Could this be a symptom for herpes?
