CMV

by Alisher2007, May 28, 2007 12:00AM
Hello , i got a question about HIV and CMV , i used condoms while vaginal sex with prostitute which status's unknown and was infected with CMV(1:800) .
how's that possible if i used good quality condoms ? after 6 month i was tested for HIV - negative , recently again i had protected secual contact with a prostitute ( used condoms ) , within 2 weeks after that again – fever, monoculiose sindrom , pain in musculs etc , was tested for STD ( besides HIV) , and again CMV ( 1:800 )

Could you pls explain - whether it's possible to be infected with CMV several times or it's just a aggravation of  CMV ? should I be worried about HIV ?

What's the best treatment against CMV ? thanks a lot in advance
