I can't take this anymore

Has anyone here experienced major complications with gonorrhea?
I was diagnosed 14 weeks ago after an encounter with a stripper in Tijuana. I was given 250mg ceftriaxone and 1000mg zithromax. My symptoms improved about 10 days after treatment for a couple of weeks, but came back and they've never gone away. Since then I've had 2 urine amplification tests done at 5 weeks and another at 6 weeks for gonn/chlam...all negative. Had a full std panel done at 7 and 13 weeks, again ALL negative (tstd.org). Went to a urologist as Dr. HHH recommended and he diagnosed me with prostatitis. Obviously I don't understand why I got prostatitis if I was treated efficiently. On the other hand, I'm only 26 years old and it's not common for a guy my age to get this. I took 7 weeks of Trimethoprim, which didn't help. I'm now on my 4th day of Flagyl, which isn't helping either.
This has completely destroyed my life. My g/f knows nothing about this and I've only had protected vaginal sex (unprotected oral) since 12 days after my initial treatment.
1) Although my doc advised against it, I had one beer on day 4 after my initial treatment with ceftriaxone and zithro...would this make a difference?
2) If chlamydia or gonorrhea was in fact causing my prostatitis, wouldn't it logically make sense that those bacteria would reinfect my urethra everytime I ejaculated causing a positive test result in my urine amplification test? It makes logical sense b/c prostate fluid makes up part of the semen.
3) I'm running out of options. Can anyone suggest anything? I have a constant fullness sensation around my testicles. None of my docs brought up epididymitis b/c my testicles aren't swollen nor are they sensitive to the touch.

Read my post there. Your questions:
1) No.
2) Probably, but possibly not. Best way to be 100% sure is to have a prostate massage immediately before giving a urine sample. Then you will be testing the prostate fluid as well. Also, do NOT fill the sample cup. 15-30ml of volume is preferable. However, gonorrhea and chlamydia usually don't reoccur. You very well might just have inflammation from the past infection. But I'd put really good odds on your test coming back negative for G/C.
3) No additional help beyond my other post, but read that for sure.
