What are my chances of having children

I recently had surgery to remove part o my right tube and a small portion of the top side of my uterus. The doctor that performed the surgery said that I can still have children however due to the cut of my uterus I will not be able to deliver vaginally.  I am 26 and afraid that I will never have children. I have viewed many success stories of people who have lost a tube however I have heard nothing about people still having children when a piece of their uterus has been removed.  Does any one have a similar story?
